Technical Procurement

The function's primary role is to negotiate frame agreements for the purchase of equipment, machines and spare parts for and on behalf of the Nestlé Operating Companies in compliance with all relevant Nestlé guidelines and principles.

Technical Purchasing works in close cooperation with the Corporate and Regional Technical Functions, as well as with the Regional Purchasing Functions. All activities are closely coordinated with above functions in order to avoid duplication.

Furthermore, Technical Purchasing manages the Second-Hand Equipment Redeployment Platform for the Nestlé group.
