The Branded Products Channel Development Department provides supply chain, financial and support services, to centrally driven projects such as:
  • Travel Channel (air, rail and sea) and Ethnic Products working with regional or global third party customers, to ensure growth and profitability in a coordinated manner.
  • Interface with co-packers/co-manufacturers to ensure cost control and central planning on behalf of affiliated companies.

As such, Channel Development may act as a nursery for new businesses, or as a catalyst for Innovation & Renovation where simplification and speed are needed. Once the project is mature, it may pass on to the Nestlé markets.
